You may find that the shoes that we sell online have some user marks from the store. After all, they come from stock and it is possible that another runner in the store has had his / her analysis on this. Freely translated, it means that a few meters have walked back and forth on our analysis track.

Buying is very easy. You place the item of your choice in your shopping cart, enter your details and settle your order. After receiving your payment we will process your order. The delivery time is approximately 3 business days.

All orders over € 50.00 is free shipping. For all orders up to € 50.00 the following shipping rates apply:
Netherlands – € 4.00
Belgium – € 6.00

Collect order in the store
If you have chosen to collect your order in our store, you will receive an e-mail from us when it is ready for you.

Rønnør online gift service
You know it, you have found a nice present and you want it packed. This will be arranged for you in the store in no time. But what if you buy the gift in our webshop? We have the solution for that! The online gift service! In the shopping basket you can choose which gift package you want. This service is also free of charge.

Shipment
Rønnør ships the packages via PostNL.

Absent at delivery?
If PostNL is unable to deliver your package because no one is at home, the delivery person will visit you again the next day (except on Sunday). If no one is home again at this second delivery time, the delivery person will leave a message at which collection point from PostNL you can pick up your package. You then have three weeks for this, after which the shipment / your order goes back to Rønnør.
